Last wednesday, we hosted a Superclinic for shop peeps at Whirlyball in Chicago. Burton flew out Scott Seward (Boards), Clarissa Finks (Boots), Frankie Chapin (Marketing), Bubs (Bindings) and Tori Wayne (Outerwear) to give the low-down on the hows and whys of Burton product design.

Blotto and the Given Vids crew are working hard this week in the nightly sub zero temps to make some Midwest magic on snow.  Shooting ’til four or five in the morning is the only way to get work done without being hassled.  Dedication!

Alexis has been on the Burton team for several years now and she hasn’t skipped a beat with her progression.  10 years old??  Keep it up, Alexis!

The Canyons got an expensive makeover this year.  To spread the word, they’re offering the ultimate mountain gig for one person to ride (or…um…ski), take photos, make videos, get massages, stay at a pimp hotel, and blog about the most insane season ever.  It’s too late for entries, but I really hope my friend Jeff wins with his epic “How Do You Mountain” video…
