Next Friday, Reality Check and Sundown of Dubuque are hosting a rail jam. You can sign up starting at 5:30 and the contest starts at 7.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, January 14th and your maps for Tyrol Basin. The reason? The annual Focus Boardshop Banked Slalom race. Pit your skills against the best in the Midwest to compete for the best time down the course. Make sure you wax up and hit the gym because competition is going to be fierce.

Four Minnesota stop this year with the top five from each age group at each stop earning a spot in the finals on March 10th.

Friday, 11/18 is the Throwdown Showdown rail jam at O2 Gearshop in Appleton. There’s a cool grand set aside for prize money as well as gear from Burton and the rest of the event sponsors. It costs $25 to register and you can do so starting at noon. Warmups are at 6 with the contest starting at 7.

Get your Halloween Shred on for the 7th Annual Shred ‘Til You’re Dead contest at Buck Hill on October 20th. There will a costume contest as well as the debut of new park features. You can pre-register online here.
