Howdy, y’all…

I’m from Grand Rapids, MI, where I started out at a big snowboard/skateboard shop called Wind, Waves and Wheels (What up, homies? Holla atcha boy!).

I worked there all through high school and college, and also started to work with the Burton rep doing demos and contests. During college, I got more involved on the rep side of things and was able to land a summer internship at Burton’s European headquarters in Innsbruck, Austria.

As soon as I finished school, I moved out to Burton’s headquarters in Burlington, Vermont, where I worked for a season in their Warranty department and a half-year at the Factory Showroom.

That winter I got lucky enough to land a spot on the European Demo Tour and spent the year making turns and turning screws on mountains all through western Europe (Wie geht’s, Stefan?).

Back in Michigan, I worked another season at the shop and as a Burton Tech Rep until I moved to Minneapolis in 2000 to start Midwest Represent (this rep agency) on this side of the lake. We are now working out of Chicago and Minneapolis, representing Burton, RED, anon, AG and Gravis in the nine states on the homepage.
