The Olsonaters

Any true OG snowboarder or skateboarder from the Midwest either knows or ‘knows of’ Tim Olson.  Tim was a sales rep for a number of brands back in the day including Nitro snowboards, Sole Tech, etc…To say he is a legend is an understatement.

Tim and his longtime girlfriend Sara (Snater) were recently engaged and are now in the process of planning their wedding.  They recently submitted this clever youtube video for a contest to get married at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis and they need your help.  Watch the video, even if you don’t know them, so they get as many hits as possible.  All of us at Midwest Represent think they are one of the coolest couples out there and wish them nothing less than the best so lets all do our part to make their dream wedding come true.

I realize this post is a few days overdue, but I felt compelled to pay our respect to Farrah Fawcett as MJ appears to be taking center stage in the wake of their unfortunate deaths last Thursday.  This photo of Farrah getting her sidewalk surf on is priceless.

Just got done shreddin, almost landed a double-backie today! Everything has been going pretty swell except for the fact that i might have lost my point -n-shoot camera, or it might be in my car buried under clothes, that thing is a pigstuy right now. Here are some photos from the first few days up here. No shred shots yet but Viktor (Simco) has got some cool ones of us on a crevace we hiked to so i’ll have to get those from him and take some when i find my cam, crossing my fingers, hope that i find it.
